Difficulty adjustment for hash rate drop with fork to Bitcoin Cash/ UAHF; and for Segwit2 RC
So Bitcoin Cash has a difficulty adjustment for a hash rate drop with the hard fork (see: https://github.com/Bitcoin-UAHF/spec/pull/10). But does the Segwit2 RC (v1.14.4) have this? If not, then what happens to the Segwit2 chain if miners start jumping ship rapidly to Bitcoin Cash after 1 August?
